# Role of GMEE in Ecosystem
Partners and web3 communities use GMEE tokens to gain exposure to web3-ready audiences across GAMEE's products. In a gamified way, partenr tokens/NFTs are distributed, driving user acquisition, engagement and opportunities for monetizable utility.

In 2024, GAMEE created [WatBird](/whitepaper/watcoin), the WATCoin. This was a meme-powered, game-driven IP and brand, where user onchain activation happened at scale, driving 6M newly connected wallets on the TON chain.

# Arc8 App
### :warning: **The Arc8 application will shut down on August 31. Thank you for playing.**
Arc8 is a mobile gaming platform designed around friendly competitive gameplay. Players are gradually introduced in a gamified way to web3 concepts (such as[ wallets](https://wiki.gamee.com/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/wallets), tokens, and NFTs) via a more familiar web2 experience.
## A Player’s First Wallet
\
All Arc8 accounts come with a virtual wallet, known as Arc8 Pay. This feature allows players not knowledgeable about web3 to still earn tokens, increasing their interest and sparking their curiosity about web3 gaming.
To withdraw rewards, mint Beast NFTs or participate in Arc8 GameFest, players need to connect an external wallet to their Arc8 account.
## A Player’s First NFT
Players are rewarded for their skill and time spent playing in the form of the visual progress of a [Beastie](/whitepaper/arc8-app/beasts). Its properties and appearance evolve as the player progresses on the platform.
After some time and tied to the player's progress in the game, the character can be minted as a free Beast NFT that has specific utility within the later stages of the platform and unlocks new features for its owner.
## Lucky Events
In Lucky Events, players spend their Luck (earned from playing) in a draw to earn in-game rewards. \

These rewards may include GMEE and/or partner tokens and NFTs. Rewards are sent to the winning player's wallets. Collecting partner tokens via a web2 event gives players the opportunity to own their first cryptocurrency or NFT. It also incentivizes the discovery of other web3 games and projects where the tokens and NFTs may be used.
## The Arc8 GameFest for Web3-Ready Players
The Arc8 GameFest is a unique league for web3-savvy users who want to take their gaming to the next level.
It is accessible via a special NFT pass – the Arc8 GameFest Pass. The Arc8 GameFest Pass gives its owner access to the competitive part of the Arc8 application, with large prize pools, blue chip NFTs, partner-sponsored tokens, and stablecoins.

# Beasts
Feed, evolve and then mint your own Beast NFT in Arc8
Beasties in Arc8
Beasts are individually unique ERC-21 NFTs on the Polygon network, which players can evolve and mint from Beasties in the Arc8 application.
Beasties are digital creatures integrated into the Arc8 gaming ecosystem, serving as both player companions and as an evolution-based gameplay element.
### Overview and Utility:
* **Evolution:** Every player begins their Beastie journey with an egg. By feeding it with food won in battles or purchased in the in-app shop, this egg evolves into a Beastling, then matures into a Beastie.\
\
The culmination of this evolution process is that it can be minted into a premium Beast, an ERC-21 Non-Fungible Token (NFT) on the Polygon network. With over 10 million possible combinations of Beast parts and props, the chances are high that each Beast will be truly unique.
* **Food:** Beasties enjoy a varied diet consisting of a number of food items. Each season sees the introduction of new foods, with the inaugural Beastie season featuring foods ranging from bananas and doughnuts to the most powerful of all – hamburgers. The rarity and amount of foods given influence the Beastie's evolution rate and mining abilities; rarer foods offer rarer and more influential Beast parts. The final aesthetic of your Beast NFT will be determined by what you feed it.
* **Integration with Arc8 Games:** Beasties are deeply tied to Arc8 gameplay, with their growth and evolution impacted by a player's success in Arc8 games. As players climb the league rankings, win battles, and hit winning streaks, they win more (and rarer!) food, which allowes their Beasties to grow stronger and evolve.
* **Luck Mining & Rewards:** Aside from the core evolution mechanic, Beasties will soon play a role in 'Luck' mining, allowing users to mine Luck with surplus Beasties. They then use this Luck to participate in 'Lucky Events' for chances to win further rewards.
### A Fusion of the Web2 and Web3 Experiences
Incorporating Beasties into the Arc8 ecosystem aims to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3 experiences. Beasties are designed to provide a familiar and fun mechanic for casual players who do not yet have experience with Web3 gaming or digital asset ownership. As these players evolve their Beasties and delve into the functionalities of minting them as NFTs, they are naturally and seamlessly introduced to the decentralized world of Web3.
Furthermore, those already attuned to the workings of Web3 get the unique opportunity to nurture and then mint their very own character as a Beast NFT, which is a fully functioning, individually unique and tradable digital asset.

# G-Bots
G-Bots are Polygon-based NFTs (using ERC-721 standard) that were launched by GAMEE in November 2021.
The first pre-sale of G-Bots Packs was introduced on November 2nd, 2021, followed by a first edition sale on January 6th, 2022. There were only 5,000 Packs within the First Edition, featuring a number of unique designs. The pre-sale sold out in 4 minutes, while the sale sold out in 10 minutes. Of the 5,000 packs sold, 4,304 were opened.

Until August 2023, G-Bots had a range of utilities. Both regular G-Bots and G-Bot Starters granted the holder access to two exclusive games in Arc8 – Energy Wars and Dark Lords – in which players could compete in 1v1 matches and rarity-based tournaments.

Regular G-Bots came with other capabilities, too, which were funded by [GMEE](mailto:undefined) and OMP tokens:
* Depending on the number of Energy Cores a G-Bot had, they could breed a set number of times with 1-4 other G-Bots to create Baby Bots
* Baby Bots could be upgraded and then evolved into adulthood, with their rarity influenced by the rarities of the parent G-Bots
* G-Bots could be upgraded to provide a boost to their stats

As of September, 2023, G-Bots are no longer supported in the Arc8 application, and utilities such as breeding, evolving and upgrading are no longer accessible.

* The community spent a collective 2.25M GMEE in the pre-sale and sale of G-Bots

* GAMEE paid out a total of 10.6M GMEE, which is 1.95M more than was earned from G-Bots. We paid out 9.1M GMEE in tournament rewards, 1M GMEE in G-Bot staking, and 500K GMEE in GMEE/OMP staking.
* Every GMEE token spent by the community was reinvested, fueling prize pools for ensuing seasons. In Seasons 1, 2, andd 3, every token was matched by GAMEE.

# Arc8 for Partners
[Arc8](/whitepaper/arc8-app-1) for Partners is a set of customizable tools and events for Web3 projects, brands, and communities that seek to gain exposure to a large Web3-ready audience, distribute their tokens/NFTs in a gamified way, or gain monetizable utility for their existing community.
There are **two potential routes** for partners, depending on their needs.
1. **To acquire users for a Web3 project, game, or NFT collection:**
* Partners become Arc8 sponsors and distribute tokens and NFTs, or present rewarded tasks to the Arc8 audience, which results in brand exposure and user acquisition for their project.
2. **To engage or monetize their existing audience:**
* Partners will be able to run their version of Arc8, with competitions and game events customized and opened exclusively for the partner community.
Since its launch, Arc8 has hosted many successful partnerships in the form of [Token Takeovers](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/token-takeovers-and-partner-events), in which all Arc8 players were able to earn token or NFT rewards sponsored by an Arc8 partner.
Other events, such as NFT-gated tournaments, are more exclusive – entry is possible only if the player owns a certain NFT. The most notable example of this is [Arc8 GameFest](/cryptoeconomics/gamee-token-gmee-faqs), gated via the Arc8 GameFest Pass NFT. This purely Web3 gaming event sees players competing for large prize pools of tokens and NFTs.

Information for marketers and developers on tasks, user engagement, and implementation of the GAMEE API
When advertising your product or project with GAMEE, you will work closely with GAMEE's Head of Partnerships to help achieve your KPI goals and smoothly onboard your company's project tasks into our Telegram application.
Advertisers can benefit from incorporating an almost limitless number of task types into the GAMEE application, which are designed to encourage user engagement with carefully selected rewards.

## The GAMEE Application
The user experience: how your tasks may appear in the application
Tasks that you select will appear in the "Tasks to Do" list in the [GAMEE app](https://t.me/gamee/earn), and can be further promoted with accompanying copy and images in our community channels.
In this section of the app, users come to engage with tasks from GAMEE and our partners in order to discover interesting projects and to receive rewards for their engagement.
In addition, tasks may be further boosted by being sent directly to users in GAMEE's communication channels.
## Types of Tasks
There are effectively no limit for tasks that you can choose; as long as the task completion is trackable and is in line with your KPI goals, it can be implemented. You may also opt to feature more than one task in the GAMEE application.\
\
Note that more challenging or time-consuming tasks for users are typically rewarded with more rewards in our app, to further encourage completion.
**Typical tasks include (but are not limited to):**
* Join a partner community
* Play a partner game
* Achieve a specified outcome in a partner app (points, winning a series of games, etc.)
* Create an account on a partner website or application
* Deposit a specified amount in a partner website or application
* Follow social media channels
* Refer a specified number of other users
## User Rewards:
At GAMEE's end, rewards are sent when we receive confirmation via the API that the user has completed the required action or actions. The user receives an automated notification via the [GAMEE bot](https://t.me/gamee) that their reward is waiting, and they can then claim it.
Rewards we offer depend on what events and products are currently featured in the app, and will be selected by our development team to attain maximum engagement.
At different times throughout the year, certain in-app soft currencies are more beneficial to users and that is reflected in the rewards we offer. For instance, they may be:
* **Tickets** – Tickets can be used in the GAMEE application to enter draws with monetary prize pools, boost mining rates, and attain other improvements and advantages to the user experience.
* **Blue Coins** – Similar to Tickets, Blue Coins can be used to improve aspects of the user experience.
* **Spins** – When a cash Wheel of Fortune is active, spins allow the users to spin the wheel with the chance of winning monetary rewards, alongside other soft currencies.
From the partner's side, any additional rewards you may opt to provide can be beneficial, but they are not a requirement. You may offer bonuses, whitelist access or other rewards when a user completes your task, in addition to the rewards that GAMEE provides.
## Implementing the GAMEE API
In order to track completed user actions, you will need to integrate the **GAMEE API** and link it to your task action, which his how we track task completion and rewards. The link to this will be provided to you during the discussion phase.
### The Task Flow
The flow takes place over three stages:
**1.** The user is able to see the task in the application's **task list**. \
The task shows:
* Small thumbnail image
* Task title
* Task description
* Reward for completion
**2.** When a user clicks on the task, they are directed to an URL of your choosing. In the URL parameters, we pass the user's **Telegram user ID.** After that, it is down to the partner company to save this information and track user progress.
**3.** When a user completes the task, the partner will call our API, the task will be marked as completed, and then the reward will be delivered to the user.

### What is the Wat Protocol?
The[ Wat Protocol](https://points.gamee.com) is an initiative for TON.
It was created in order to reward GMEE token holders on Ethereum and the communities across GAMEE's ecosystem, and is now centred around the **WatBird**.
It's a series of Episodes that started on **February 8th, 2024**, and was initially known as the *Phoenix* Protocol.
The initiative was created to enhance the utility of the GMEE token within our ecosystem. Over 5 episodes taking place across the GAMEE ecosystem, participants can collect **WatPoints**, known at launch as "Loot".
At present, there are **three** episodes available to take part in.

### How much GMEE can I stake in Episode 3?
The minimum staking amount is **1000 GMEE**. There is no upper limit on how much GMEE you can stake. However, the more GMEE you stake (and the longer you do it), the more WatPoints you will earn.
### Is my GMEE safe while hard staking?
Yes. Your GMEE is locked into a contract for the duration of time you choose (30 or 60 days). It will be returned to you. However, note that you cannot access or trade your staked GMEE during this period; if you withdraw your stake, there is a **5% tax** on the amount staked.
### Can I change the amount of GMEE I have staked?
You cannot remove GMEE from the contract after you have staked without incurring a 5% tax, but you can stake more GMEE.
You must stake for the same amount of time as your initial stake (30 or 60 days) and the staking period will be reset back to day one for all the GMEE you now have in the contract.
### How do I connect my wallet on the Wat Protocol website?
To connect your wallet on the [website](https://points.gamee.com), do the following:
* **On a mobile device**: Use the *Wallet Connect* option and select the Ethereum wallet you are using to hold GMEE.
* **On Mac/PC**: You can connect directly using a wallet from the list, or you can select *Wallet Connect* if you do not see your wallet listed there.
### How do I collect WatPoints?
* In **Episode Three**, there are tiers for those who stake GMEE, each offering different daily Loot rewards. WatPoints are awarded based on the amount of GMEE a participant stakes.

### What is Telegram WatPoint Mining?
Telegram WatPoint mining is the activity for **Episode Two** of GAMEE's [Wat Protocol](/cryptoeconomics/wat-protocol-and-watpoints). It began as a mining activity, and then a racing game was added that allows players to get even more **Watpoints**.

### What are WatPoints?
WatPoints are what you collect in GAMEE's [Wat Protocol](/cryptoeconomics/wat-protocol-and-watpoints).
### What is WATCoin?
WATCoin, or $WAT, is the upcoming token that will be released on TON.
### How can I claim my WatPoints?
Your WatPoints from mining are kept on Telegram. You can see how much WatPoints you have by going to your Telegram profile.
Telegram accounts are **not yet** connected to the Wat Protocol website, which is for WatPoints you have collected by holding GMEE. WatPoints from Telegram mining (and elsewhere) and WatPoints from participating in other Episodes via the website are **separate balances** – the opportunity to consolidate them will appear soon on the [Wat Protocol website](https://points.gamee.com).
### Can I still take part in mining/Wat Racer if I didn't take part in another episode of the Wat Protocol?
Yes. To take part in the Telegram WatPoint collecting, you only need a Telegram account. Telegram accounts and the Wat Protocol website are not yet connected.
GMEE holders on Ethereum can still also participate in Episode Three on the [Wat Protocol website]().
### How many WatPoints can I mine per hour?
You will see the default mining rate when you go to the [mining app](http://t.me/gamee/mining). To begin, click 'Start Mining'. You must then claim your WatPoints in order to mine again.
### How can I increase my mining rate/mining cap?
* **Spend Pink Coins:** Use the coins you have earned in Wat Racer to get a higher passive mining rate.
* **Invite friends**: Every invited friend will net you 1000 WatPoints and also allow you to improve your vehicle, meaning a better WatPoint multiplier.
### I have invited friends – why hasn't my mining rate increased?
When you **start mining**, your rate stays the same until the end of that session. New friends are only counted when the next session begins. For example, if you start mining at 10 am and your friend starts mining at 10.05 am, your rate will not increase until the next session.
Also, to count towards your boost, your friend(s) must be **actively mining.** This means they have mined within the last 24 hours.
Also, if your rate has not increased, you may have reached your **Mining Cap**. To increase your **Mining Cap**, use Tickets that you have earned in Telegram games and challenges (via the @GAMEE bot).
### My WatPoint balance is full on Telegram. Can I still mine more?
Yes. When you have reached your mining cap, you have to claim your mined WatPoints, and then click "Restart Mining". You can also increase your mining cap by spending Tickets.
### Can I create a team if I am already in a team?
Yes. You can join your friend's team to help him/her gain +10 WatPoints per hour, and then create your own team to get +5 mining bonuses from *your* friends.
## WAT RACER FAQ
Wat Racer is a game inside our Telegram mini app ([@gamee](http://t.me/gamee)) where you can collect **WatPoints** (WPs) and **pink coins** while racing!
### How can I earn WatPoints in Wat Racer?
Wat Racer allows users to collect WatPoints by driving the WatBird in various vehicles. You can upgrade the vehicle to get a better multiplier and collect more WatPoints.
### How does the game work?
* The main goal is to collect WatPoints and pink coins while racing.
* **Energy:** To start a game, players need a minimum amount of energy, which is consumed during gameplay. More energy = longer gameplay. If you end the game before using all your energy, the remaining energy returns to your balance. Collected WatPoints and pink coins will be immediately added to your balance.
* **Energy Refresh:** Energy refreshes automatically in batches at a set interval. There’s a maximum energy limit; once reached, the energy refresh stops.
* **Purchasing Energy:** Players can buy additional energy with Telegram Stars, bypassing the established maximum energy cap. You can get and use as much energy as you want!
### What are the different levels and vehicles?
WAT Racer features 10 vehicle levels (for now\...), each with unique parameters:
* **Multiplier:** Each collected WatPoint or pink coin will be multiplied by the vehicle’s multiplier.
* **Speed:** Higher-level vehicles move faster, allowing you to collect more WatPoints and pink coins in a shorter time, maximizing your rewards.
Your vehicle level is determined by the number of **active friends** you have, which can change over time. Make sure to poke them!
### How do I start playing WAT Racer?
Launch the mini app on Telegram, (**@gamee** bot), then go to the mining tab and just press start.
### What are pink coins, and how do I use them?
Pink coins are a new soft currency that allows you to upgrade mining speed and capacity. They can be earned by playing the game.
### What is the mining cap, and how can I increase it?
You start with a base mining cap that can be increased by spending pink coins. Press the **upgrade** button on the bar in the top-right to increase it.
### How do I upgrade my mining speed?
Mining speed and capacity can be increased by spending pink coins. Press the **upgrade** button on the bar in the top-right to increase it.
### What determines my vehicle level, and how can I increase it?
There are different levels of vehicles – the higher the level, the better the multiplier. The number of friends actively mining during your session will determine your vehicle level.
More friends lead to a higher level, which multiplies the WatPoints or pink coins collected at the end of each game. The vehicle type also determines speed, crucial for maximizing WatPoints within the energy-limited gameplay duration.
### How can I purchase energy?
Players can purchase energy with Telegram Stars.
The maximum energy cap does **not** apply to these purchases, allowing unlimited energy purchases and usage.
### Are pink coins replacing tickets?
No, pink coins are a new currency, that will allow you to enhance your mining speed and mining capacity.
### Can pink coins be won by spinning the wheel?
No, for now, pink coins can be earned only by playing the game.
### Is there a way to die aside from running out of energy?
No, the only ways to end the game is by running out of energy, or by manually stopping it. IN that case, your remaining energy will be saved for later.
### Do I have to claim the WatPoints and pink coins collected through the game, or is it automatically added?
There is a claiming dialog at the end of the game. Once claimed, the WatPoints and coins are immediately added to your balance.
### What happened to the remaining WatPoints from the previous mining session?
The remaining WatPoints of the previous pool will be collected through playing the game.
### How will the new mining method in Wat Racer work compared to the previous mining system?
The new method in Wat Racer will replace the current mining system. Players will keep their WatPoint balance and will mine through both gameplay and idle mining in Wat Racer.

# Gnosis/Multi-Signature Transactions
A guide for those who hold GMEE in smart contracts (Gnosis Safe or other multi-signature wallets) on Polygon to claim GMEE on Ethereum
## I have a multisig wallet. How can I claim GMEE on Ethereum?
If you hold your assets in smart contracts (such as Gnosis Safe, or other multi-signature wallets), a dedicated wallet address is required for each blockchain network, since the same address cannot be shared across chains.
To claim GMEE on Ethereum, you are therefore required to **sign a message** using your Polygon multisig wallet. This signed message serves as cryptographic proof of ownership and allows us to securely associate your Polygon wallet with your Ethereum address.
When we have this information, we will manually transfer GMEE to your wallet on Ethereum.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

1. **Prepare your message** using the following template. Simply replace the example Ethereum address with your own Ethereum address. Ensure it is correct – any errors could lead to issues with the transfer.

2. Now **translate** your message into **hexadecimal**.\

3. **Add the prefix “0x”** (zero-x) to your hexadecimal message. \

In the above example, *5665726* becomes ***0x**5665726.*\

You will need this hexadecimal text in Step 6.
4. **Connect your wallet** to the same Polygon Gnosis multisig wallet that holds your GMEE tokens.
5. Open the **Transaction Builder**.
6. **Construct the transaction**.
* Ensure that **Custom data** is selected as **on**.
* Enter **Address** and **To Address**. These addresses can be the same.
* Enter the **MATIC value** for the transaction. We **strongly recommend** that you set this to **0**. If a non-zero value is selected and the transaction is executed, that amount of MATIC will be sent from your multisig wallet. This could result in you losing your MATIC, especially if you have set the address to an address that is not your own.
* **Paste your hexadecimal message** into the **Data field**. \
Make sure you have added the **0x** prefix as detailed in Step 3.
* When ready, click **Create Batch**.
7. Before sending the batch, click **Simulate** to run a sanity check. This checks that there are no issues with the data you have entered. If you see the **Success** message in the bottom field, then there are no issues.\
\
If the simulation was a success, click **Send Batch**.
8. Next, make sure “**Yes, execute**” is ticked, and then click **Execute**.
9. **Gather Signatures** and **execute the transaction**.\
\
Other signers can review the transaction details before signing and executing the transaction.\
\
The message data can be decoded and checked before execution using a hexadecimal to text tool. Make sure to remove the 0x prefix before pasting the hexadecimal message into the tool.\

Azuki Alley Escape is a Telegram-based skateboard runner game developed by GAMEE in collaboration with Azuki. Players skate through the Alley, dodging obstacles, collecting rewards, and climbing the leaderboard.
The game combines fast-paced action with collectible items, season-based progression, and premium Azuki rewards
Following a few days of Early Access, the game officially launched on November 20, 2025 in a season that ends on **February 1st, 2026**.
#### Where can I play Azuki Alley Escape?
You can play directly on Telegram via the Azuki Alley Escape bot.

#### What is the goal of the game?
The objective is to progress as far as possible while collecting Coins and letters (A.Z.U.K.I). Completing runs earns [**Journey XP**](#what-is-journey-xp-and-how-do-i-earn-it), which contributes to your progression and leaderboard ranking.
Your ultimate goal in progressing through the Azuki Journey is to earn [**Red Beans**](#what-are-red-beans), which you can later use to enter draws for high-value Azuki rewards.
#### How do I play?
Control your skater by swiping on the screen.
* Swipe left/right: Change lanes or move mid-air
* Swipe up: Jump
* Swipe down: Duck and slide under obstacles
If you hit an obstacle or run out of energy, the run ends. You still keep any Coins, XP, and Letters collected during that run.
#### What is Energy and how does it work?
Energy determines how long you can skate in a single run. When your energy bar depletes, the run ends. Collect Energy on your run to top it up.
#### What are Coins used for?
Coins are a basic in-game currency collected while playing. They can be spent in the Shop to buy specific low-rarity items for your character, or more boxes.
#### How many Coins can I collect per day?
You can collect up to 400 Coins per day. After reaching this limit, no additional Coins appear in the Alley until the daily reset at 00:00 UTC.
Coins will be grayed out and not collectible when you have reached the maximum number of coins.
#### What are Draw Tickets used for?
Draw Tickets are used for Lucky Draw events, where you can win Boxes. Draw Tickets can be earned by completing tasks in the app.
#### What are Boxes and how do they work?
There are two types of boxes:
* **Mini Boxes** – Simple rewards from playing the game. They contain one random item, no rarity guarantee. You can get maximum 4 of these per day.
* **Premium Boxes** – Higher-value boxes obtained with the Premium Pass or purchased with Telegram Stars. Each box contains three random items, with guaranteed rarity based on box type (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary).

#### What are Customization Items?
These include clothing and skateboards, as well as physical features like eyes, skin and hair.
Items can be earned from Boxes or bought in the Shop. Each item has a Rank Value, which increases your leaderboard position when equipped. Duplicate items can be burned to earn additional Journey XP.
#### What perks do I get by upgrading my skateboard or appearance?
Equipping higher-rank items increases your Items Rank, which combines with your Journey Rank (based on XP earned) to determine your leaderboard position.\

**Formula:** Rank = Item Rank × Journey Rank
#### What is Journey XP and how do I earn it?
Journey XP is a hidden currency that measures your progress in the [Azuki Journey](#what-is-the-azuki-journey).\
\
You earn Journey XP from:
* Distance travelled in runs
* Completing tasks
* Burning duplicate items
#### What is the Azuki Journey?
The Azuki Journey is the game’s Season system. Progressing through the Journey unlocks milestones with rewards such as Boxes, Coins, or special cosmetics.\
\
There are two tracks:
* Free Journey: Available to everyone.
* Premium Journey: Purchased via the Shop with Telegram Stars and gives you access to a series of higher-value rewards.
#### What are Red Beans?
Red Beans are an extremely rare reward in the game. They can appear as ultra rare drops in lotteries and Boxes, and are distributed as guaranteed leaderboard rewards to top-scoring players.
You will use them to enter the end-of-season draw for premium, high-value Azuki rewards worth $30,000+.
#### What is the Leaderboard and how is rank calculated?
Leaderboard rank is determined by combining:
* The total rank value of equipped items (Item Rank)
* The total Journey XP accumulated (Journey Rank)\
Formula: Rank = Item Rank × Journey Rank
Higher-ranked players receive more Red Beans at the end of the season, meaning an increased chance of winning premium Azuki rewards.
#### What rewards can I earn?
You can win in-game items, cosmetics, and Boxes during the Journey (season). At the end of the Journey, major rewards will be distributed to top players in a draw, for which the entry currency is [Red Beans](#what-are-red-beans).

#### How do I get new outfits or skateboards?
By:
* Opening Boxes earned through play or the Journey

#### Can I play as much as I want?
Yes. After reaching the daily limits for Coins and Mini Boxes, you can continue to play and grind for [Journey XP](#what-is-journey-xp-and-how-do-i-earn-it). You can collect Coins again after the daily reset at 00:00 UTC.

No. As per the terms of service for all GAMEE applications, multi-accounting is considered a form of cheating and is therefore prohibited. # Arc8 GameFest
GameFest: November 16-30
## **What is the Arc8 GameFest?**
The Arc8 GameFest is a premier Web3 gaming event, the first iteration of which took place from **November 16-30** within the [Arc8](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs) mobile gaming application. The Arc8 app is available for free on both the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/arc8-beasts-battles-games/id1583002431) and [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gamee.arc8.android.app\&hl=en\&gl=US).
In GameFest November '23, players were able to compete for a share of an extensive prize pool, consisting of tokens and NFTs from a number of partners, including Crypto Unicorns, REVV Motorsport and Hooked Protocol.
## When does the next Arc8 GameFest take place?
The next GameFest event will come in H2 2024 – more details will be revealed soon.
## How do I participate in the Arc8 GameFest?
To participate, you will need to purchase an Arc8 GameFest Pass when they become available, connect and pair your wallet on [Arc8.com](https://www.arc8.com), and download the free Arc8 app for iOS or Android.
## How are the daily token prizes distributed?
Players are randomly placed in a group of 50 players every day (from 13:00 UTC). Players who finish in the **top 20%** of their group at the end of the day (13:00 UTC) are each allocated an **equal share** of half the reward pool, which is spread across all groups.
The other half of the reward pool is then divided among the same group of players, but based on their [Beasts](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/beasts-and-food)' *Arc8 League Bonus* stats. Note that the multiplier stacks; up to 10 Beasts are counted when determining the token bonus you get, so it is advantageous to own more than one [Beast NFT](https://opensea.io/collection/arc8-beasts). If you own more than ten Beasts, the ten Beasts with the best multipliers will be counted.
The scoring and ranking mechanics are the same as in other Arc8 Leagues – your ranking is based on the number of [trophies ](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks)you win.
## How are the daily NFT prizes distributed?
The individual groups and leaderboards used for tokens ([see above](#how-are-the-daily-token-prizes-distributed)) are not used for NFTs. Since NFTs cannot be split, they are distributed to top-finishing players **overall** (eg. on Nov 16 there were 35 Crypto Unicorns *Rare Lands* NFTs in the prize pool – these went to the top-finishing 35 players overall, meaning the 35 players who got the highest number of trophies).
In the event of two or more players having the same number of trophies, the player who first achieved that score will keep their leaderboard place.
## What is the Elite Arcade?
The Elite Arcade is a special zone within the Arc8 GameFest, accessible only to those who own more than one GameFest Pass. Within this zone, players can compete for a dedicated prize pool. In GameFest '23, there were approximately $34,000 in gated competitions. The tournaments were tiered according to whether you held 2+, 5+, 10+ or 25+ Passes.

## What tokens and NFTs were in the prize pool each day in GameFest '23?

The Arc8 League
### What is the Arc8 League?
The Arc8 League was a special competitive[ league](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/leagues) in Arc8 from July 11 – August 11. It was **web3 dApp league**, which means that it is on the blockchain and offered rewards in cryptocurrency tokens and NFTs.
The second iteration of this League is the Arc8 GameFest, running from November 16th – 30th.
### Who got whitelisted for the Arc8 League Pass for Season 0?
The following groups were offered whitelist spots:

# Battles and Streaks
## BATTLES
### What Battle modes are available in Arc8?
Arc8 Battles take place against another player in ghost multiplayer (or live multiplayer in *Disc-O Mania, Neon Pool* and *Cranky Monkey*). This means that you are assigned an opponent with a similar skill level who has recently played, and the objective is to beat the score they set – just like in an arcade.\
\
There are two Battle modes:
* **League Battles**\
These are competitive battles as part of a **Streak**, and form the bulk of your experience in Arc8. They offer rewards in the form of [Reward Packs](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/reward-packs-and-piggy-bank) (containing Luck, coins, food, or batteries) and reward you with trophies. You get more trophies for each consecutive battle win in a Streak.\
\
Trophies determine your League position. A top 10% finishing position in the League rewards you with a special reward pack and promotion to the League above.
* **Training Battles**\
These battles do not reward trophies or affect your ranking, and they are not part of a Streak. They only occur during short League cooldown periods (13:00 UTC).\
\
Rewards from Training Battles are the equivalent of the first victory in a Streak in your current League. They are stored in the [Piggy Bank](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/reward-packs-and-piggy-bank), which you can break to collect the rewards.
### What can I use my rewards for?

### **How does matchmaking work?**
Players are matched to fight a battle against another player in their [League](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/leagues), or a parallel league of the same rank (eg. you are both in the "Pro League" but not in the same 100-player group for that day. \
\
Since the top 10% of players are promoted to the next league, and the bottom 10% of players are demoted to the league below, you will always get to play against people with a similar skill level.
In **some** games, you play **live multiplayer**. For instance, in Cranky Monkey, Disc-O Mania and 8-Ball Pool. However, in other games, matchmaking is **not** **simultaneous**; you are not playing in real-time multiplayer. You will be matched via our database with somebody of a similar level who has already played a game, and who has a similar MMR to you in that game (i.e. someone with a similar skill level). Multiple players can be matched with the same game from our database.\
\
To ensure fairness, the game that your opponent played will have the **same seed** as yours. This means they will have had the exact same cards as you in Pirate Solitaire, for instance, or the exact same obstacles in another game. You will never be matched to the same game more than once.
If there is no suitable game available in the database, you will be matched with a bot. However, as more games are played and stored in the database, there will eventually be enough games to make the bot redundant.
### **Why have I been matched with a player who is much better than me?**
You are always matched with a player with a similar skill level to you (ie. competing in the same league level), but occasionally you will encounter a player who is on a streak of success (or otherwise) and they haven't yet reached the high league they will ultimately get to.
This is especially true when playing in the Rookie League, as you may play against another new player who is very good but hasn't yet played enough games to take him/her to a higher league.
## STREAKS
### What are streaks?
Streaks are a series of consecutive battle wins. Your goal in Arc8 is to get the longest possible winning Streak three times a day. Each Streak attempt costs **1 Energy Bolt**, which is used up when you lose a battle, or when you have reached the longest possible Streak.
### What is the longest possible Streak?
At present, the longest Streak is **12**, although this may change as we experiment to find the ideal length. Your Energy Bolt is burned after you complete a streak (or lose a game), and if your [Beastie ](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/beasts-and-food)has more default Streaks left (or you have at least one Energy Bolt stored in your battery), you can attempt another Streak.
### Can I save my Streaks?
Yes. You can use [Coins](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/currencies-and-items) in-app currency to save a Streak if you lose a battle.
### How many Streaks can I attempt in a day?
Each Streak attempt is represented by an Energy Bolt. By default, you can attempt **3 streaks** in a day (beginning at 1 PM UTC) since a [Beastie](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/beasts-and-food) starts with three Energy Bolts per day.\
\
However, if you have a Premium Pass, then your default number of daily Streaks is **4**. Or, if your best [Beastie](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/beasts-and-food) has evolved to have more, you may have as many as 8 default Streaks per day.\
You can also attempt more if you have Energy Bolts stored in your battery after buying or winning them.\
\
Default Streaks (Energy Bolts) reset each day at 1 PM UTC. Streaks (Energy Bolts) you have purchased or won will stay in your battery until you use them.

Each successive battle win in a Streak rewards **trophies**, which are essentially Daily Leaderboard points.\

You get more trophies for every consecutive win in a Streak. Collected trophies count towards your ranking in the League. **Only trophies won in your top three streaks that day** count towards your [League](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/leagues) ranking.
### How many trophies do I get for each win in a Streak?
Each consecutive battle you win in a Streak rewards you with more Trophies than the previous win.
* 1st win = 10 Trophies
* 2nd win = 20 Trophies
* 3rd win = 40 Trophies
* 4th win = 70 Trophies
* 5th win = 110 Trophies
* 6th win = 160 Trophies
* 7th win = 220 Trophies
* 8th win = 290 Trophies

### Can I continue playing after I’ve run out of Streaks?
Yes, possibly. To continue playing, you could switch to another [Beastie](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/beasts-and-food) that has more Energy than your current active one. For example, if your current active Beastie only has 4 Energy Bolts and you have used them all, and you have another Beastie that has 6 Energy Bolts, you can switch to it and you will have 2 more Streak attempts.
After you have exhausted your default Energy, the Energy stored in your battery will be used.
If you have no extra Energy at all, then you can purchase additional Energy or wait till the following day (13:00 UTC) to play again.\

### What is a Beastie?
A **Beastie** is a digital companion creature in [Arc8](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs). Beasties are the standard adult version before the final stage of evolution to a **Beast**, which can be minted for free as an NFT.
Beasties offer multiple in-game perks, and they will grow and evolve in different ways according to the food you give them.
### What is the origin of Beasties?
Beasties appeared in the world through a wormhole machine at the Institute for Wormhole Studies, run by an eccentric scientist called Professor Crank. After they arrived, the Institute was rebranded as the Institute for the Study of Beasties.

### What perks does my Beastie give me?
You need a Beastie (or an egg/Beastling/Beast) to play games in Arc8. As your Beastie levels up, it may get more default [Energy](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks), allowing you to attempt more Streaks each day. The maximum amount of Energy it can get is 8.
Beasties that you are not using to play games can also be used to mine [Luck](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/luck-mining-and-lucky-events), and more powerful Beasties or Beasts are able to mine more. You can use this Luck to enter Lucky Events and win GMEE tokens and partner tokens.
And, if you take part in an [Arc8 GameFest](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/arc8-league) event, owning a Beast NFT will increase your chances of winning more tokens.
### How do I get a Beastie?
Every player in Arc8 gets one egg at the start of each season, or when they first install the Arc8 application. This is the beginning of your Beastie journey. As you nurture and feed the egg, it **evolves** through various stages, ultimately becoming a **Beast**.
You can buy extra Beastie eggs in the in-app store, and if you want the fully evolved Beast NFT, you can purchase one on OpenSea.
### What's the difference between an egg, a Beastling, a Beastie, and a Beast?
These are the different evolutionary stages. The journey starts with an **egg**, which evolves into a **Beastling**. With further feeding, the Beastling becomes a **Beastie**. Finally, skilled gameplay can get you enough food to evolve it into a **Beast**, which can be minted into an NFT for free.
That means it's yours to own, use in Arc8 – or even sell!
### Is each Beastie unique?
Yes – most likely! Each evolution step brings more new features which increase the likelihood of your having something unique.
By the time it has reached the final stage of evolution (Level 16), there are over **100 million possible combinations**, ranging from different shapes, colors, patterns, eyes, teeth, and props. The appearance is determined by what you feed it, so unless you have coincidentally fed it the exact same things as another player, you can be confident that it is the only one that looks like that.
### How do I feed my Beastie?
You can feed your Beasties (or eggs and Beastlings) using food you have earned by winning [battles](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks) or have bought in the in-app shop. You can also make purchases on the [web shop](< https://arc8.com/shop>) with [GMEE](/whitepaper/gmee-token). Select which Beastie you want to feed and which food you want to give it. Feeding is crucial as it is the only way to grow and evolve it.
You cannot feed or evolve a Beastie from a previous Season.
### What food can I give my Beastie?
In the current Arc8 Season – **Mocaverse Season**, the variety ranges from cosmic apples and lunar bananas to the ultimate Moca Pineapple and Mocake.. Each food has its own properties, and some foods are worth more than others, determined by their rarity. The food your Beastie eats will affect the way it looks when it becomes a Beast NFT – the rarer the food you feed it, the more chance it will have a higher rarity when you mint it.
In order from most common to the rarest, here are the foods you can give your Beastie this Season:
* **Common Foods:** Halftime Twist, Striker Sausage, Red Card Cupcake, Chill Out Champ, Orange Cupcake, Fizzball Soda
* **Uncommon Foods:** Cupcake Kickoff, Doughnut Dribble, Pitch Cupcake, Pilsner Penalty

Evolving a Beastie into a Beast (NFT) gives you a unique, digital asset that is yours to truly own. Owning a Beast grants exclusive in-game perks, such as more powerful [Luck ](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/luck-mining-and-lucky-events)mining. Beasts can also be traded on decentralized marketplaces, or kept as collectors' items.
### How do I mint my Beast NFT?
Easy! As soon as your Beastie has evolved to its maximum level (Level 16), the option to mint it becomes available.
It is free to mint, and you only need to pair and connect your personal wallet with [Arc8](https://www.arc8.com).
As soon as it’s ready, the newly minted Beast NFT will appear in your wallet, and you can take a look at its final form. From there, it’s up to you what to do next – keep using it in Arc8 to mine Luck and play games, keep it as part of a growing collection, or trade it on OpenSea.
### What are the possible rarities of a Beast NFT?
There are 4 possible rarity levels a Beast can have, which are determined by the parts and props the Beast has, which in turn are determined by the food you have fed it. The rarity levels are:

* Legendary
### How does Luck Mining work?
You can use surplus Beasties (those you are not using to play Arc8) to mine [Luck](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/luck-mining-and-lucky-events). For a set amount of time, your Beastie will be unavailable to use while it is mining. If you cancel the mining process early, you will not get any of the Luck it has mined.
This Luck can then be spent on [Lucky Events](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/luck-mining-and-lucky-events), which give you the chance to win tokens, coins, gems, food, and more.
### Can I trade or sell my Beastie or Beast?
**Beasties** cannot be traded or sold. **Beasts**, however, are NFTs and are therefore yours to own. They can be traded on NFT marketplaces such as [OpenSea](https://opensea.io/collection/arc8-beasts).
### How do I play with my newly acquired Beast NFT?
Get started with your new Beast NFT by first connecting and pairing your wallet at [arc8.com](https://arc8.com/). Then, download the app and log in with the same account details. Once logged in, you're all set to start playing, mining, or engaging in other activities with your Beast. Remember, the Beast opens the door to exclusive events and crypto rewards!
### Why can I not play/mine with the Beast NFT I bought?
Don’t worry, this is only for a short time. There is a cooldown period when a Beast arrives in a new wallet, and you will be able to play on the following day.
### Why can't I feed/evolve my Beastie from a previous season?
Beasties are tied to the season in which they're introduced. While they can be used to play and mine Luck in later Seasons, their evolution is bound to the season's duration. This means there is an element of gaming skill involved – players who do well in a given season will be able to evolve their Beastie to a Beast NFT.
### Can I change my Beastie’s name?
Yes. However, keep in mind that your Beastie’s name is only for you to see – when you mint it into a Beast NFT, it will not have that name. Its name will be tied to the Season number and when it was minted.

# Fair Play Rules
Rules for playing Arc8
## Rules
1. Only one account per person
2. Only one account per device
3. No other form of cheating or fake referrals
These rules exist to make Arc8 fair for all players. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a permanent ban.
### Under what circumstances can a player be banned?
First and foremost, anyone with multiple accounts is banned. One Person = One Account. This is what we believe is fairest for all our players.
**In the following cases, we reserve the right to ban accounts for the sake of fair competition for all our players:**
* **One person with multiple accounts**. Skilled players are matched with other skilled players, which is the fair system used in any sport or competitive game.
* **One device with multiple accounts**. This is very similar to the above situation and is therefore a forbidden practice that will result in a ban for all accounts.
* **Using cheats/bots/emulators**. Players should only use their own skills in the games, and no other software or hardware should be involved in the process.
* **Fake referrals**. This falls under the same category as multi-accounting.
* **Any and all other examples of unfair practice, unsporting behavior, or anything that can be considered to give players an advantage that is outside the scope of player skill.** If you like to cheat in games, then Arc8 is not for you.
### I have been wrongly banned. What should I do?
If you feel you have been **unfairly** banned, please get in touch with GAMEE [customer support](/community/support).
If you were banned because you did in fact break one of the above rules, then there is nothing we can do.

### How do I invite friends?
Copy your referral code from the Arc8 app and send it to your friends however you wish.
### What rewards will my friend and I get?

### How many friends can I invite?
You can invite as many friends as you would like! However, you can only get a maximum of 20 rewards per day for friends that reach Level 5.

# KYC Process
### Why do I have to undergo the KYC process?
If you withdraw over **2000** [**GMEE**](/whitepaper/gmee-token) or more from Arc8 Pay Wallet, you have to undergo the KYC process to prove that you are who you say you are, and that somebody else is not using your identity. It's a quick and simple process!
### How long does it take?
The verification is typically done within 3 hours of your submission. It is usually done automatically, assuming the photo and the ID document you provide are a good match.
If there is any suspicion or mismatch between the photo and the document, this has to be checked manually, which may result in a delay.
If there is a huge difference between the photo and the document, the process is rejected and the user has to submit it once again.

# Leagues
### What are Leagues?
All Arc8 players compete in Leagues. Every player competes in at least one default League, and the Leagues are refreshed daily at 1 PM UTC.
Each day, you are matched with 99 other people from your League tier to compete against in your daily league. This means that if you are, for instance, in the Pro League, all 100 people in your daily league are also in the Pro League tier.
### How does League ranking work?
Your League position is decided based on the number of trophies you have. This is the sum of all your points from your 3 best [streaks](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks) that day.
### How do League Rewards and Advancement work?:
The **top 10%** of players in a daily league get rewarded. Higher leagues have bigger [rewards](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/reward-packs-and-piggy-bank). Rewards are:
* [Coins](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/currencies-and-items)
* [Energy](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks)

The top 10% of players in a League advance to the next League. The bottom 10% go down to the League below.
### How does ranking work?
The top 10% of a league is determined by those who have won the most [Trophies](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/currencies-and-items) by 13:00 UTC, when the day ends. Only Trophies won as part of your three best [streaks](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks) are counted.
### What happens if multiple players have the same number of Trophies?
If players have the same number of trophies at the end of the day (13:00 UTC), then the higher spot is given to the player who **first achieved** that score.
### What are the different Leagues in Arc8?
Starting with the lowest League, they are:
* Rookie League
* Pro League
* Master League
* Champion League
* Legend League
* Supreme League
There is also [Arc8 GameFest](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/arc8-gamefest), a limited-time web3 competition.
### Can I choose which League I join?
All new players start in the lowest League. The only way to enter a higher League is to finish in the top 10% and get promoted.
The only League you can actively choose to join is the [Arc8 League](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/arc8-league), which is a blockchain league with token and NFT rewards. To enter this League, you must purchase an Arc8 League Pass.
### Why is there a League cooldown?
A league cooldown is a 20-minute gap at 13:00 UTC in which Energy Battles (i.e. battles fought as part of a [Streak](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks)) are paused. This is done so that we can process the results and close the leagues before a new day begins.
# Luck, Mining and Lucky Events

**Luck** is one of the currencies you can win or purchase in Arc8. It is used to enter **Lucky Events**, where you can win valuable rewards in a random draw.

## How do I get Luck?
To get Luck, you can:
* Win in Leagues (top 10%)
* Win in Battles
* Get it after leveling up in Season progress

## How can I enter a Lucky Event?
You need a certain amount of Luck to enter the event. Each event requires a different amount, which you will be able to see in the app. As soon as you have enough Luck, you can choose to enter the event, and your Luck will be spent.
## How can I boost my chances of winning in the Lucky Event?
After you have entered the event, you can double your investment, and therefore double your chances of winning.
The amount of Luck you need to boost your chances is always double your previous investment. For example, your first boost = 2x the minimum investment. Your second boost is 4x the minimum investment, and so on.
## How does the Lucky Draw work?
The Lucky Draw is a random draw where one number is picked. Each “Luck” you spend is one ticket in the draw, and each ticket is assigned a hidden number. The players with the winning numbers are rewarded with the prizes, and prizes are drawn in the order of first place to last place.
All participating tickets are burnt after every draw. The registration ends at the set time, and the draw takes place one hour later.

Rewards can be:

## What special Lucky Events are there?
Lucky Events are sometimes sponsored by Arc8 partners, giving you the opportunity to win unique token rewards for a limited time. Check out the Lucky Events section of the Arc8 app to see what events are coming up.
## How do I mine Luck?
To mine Luck, you need to use surplus Beasties or Beasts (ones that you are not currently using to play Arc8) and put it in a mining slot. When the time is up, you can go there to claim your mined Luck to spend in Lucky Events. There are multiple mining slots, and new ones are unlocked as you level up in [Season Progress](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/seasons-and-premium-pass). The higher the level, the more Luck you can mine.
There is also a streak bonus – allows your Beastie or Beast to mine Luck in consecutive mining sessions and you will get even more Luck in later sessions.
Beasties/Beasts have different **Luck Multipliers** ranging from 1x to 6x, meaning some will give you more Luck than others. Check this multiplier on your Beastie's stats page.
## What happens if I cancel the Luck mining early?
If you cancel the Luck mining, you will get your Beastie back but you will not get any of the Luck it has mined. You can only claim the Luck if the mining session is allowed to finish.
## Can I mine Luck if I only have one Beast/Beastie?
No. One Beastie (or egg) is always needed to play games in Arc8. You must therefore have two or more so that you can send at least one to mine Luck.
# Reward Packs and Piggy Bank

## Reward Packs
### What are Reward Packs?
Reward Packs are the prizes you earn in Arc8. There are **two** different kinds of Reward Pack, and the rewards in each increase as you progress with your Streak and move up to the next League.
The two types of Reward Pack are:
* **Battle Reward Packs** – These are what you get for winning a battle. With each consecutive battle you win in a Streak, the rewards increase.
* **League Reward Packs** – These are what you get for finishing in the top 10% of a League. These are more valuable rewards than those that you get for winning an individual battle. Also, the higher the League you are competing in, the better the rewards.
### What can I get in a Reward Pack?

Your Piggy Bank is where rewards are stored during Season cooldowns. This is the short interim period when leagues are updated.

# Scoring System of Games
In Arc8 you can find 10+ games from different genres, each with their own scoring systems.

# Cranky Monkey
Cranky Monkey is a **live turn-based multiplayer game.**
The goal is to match gems in combinations of **3 or more** in order to get points. With the points, your monkey can attack your opponent's monkey. The winner is the player whose monkey successfully knocks down the opponent's monkey.
**Rules**
* Take turns with your opponent to match gems to earn points for your monkey to attack. The winner is the last monkey standing.
* If you match more than 3 different colors in one turn, you activate the super **SMASH**, which deals significant damage to your opponent.
* Making a combination of 4 or more gems grants you an **extra move**.
* Making a combination of 4 gems gives you a **laser** – when activated, it destroys a whole row or column.
* Making a combination of 5 gems gives you a **bomb** – when activated, it destroys a 3x3 block
* You can use the **hammer** to remove one specific element from the board
* Collect green gems – once you have filled the bar below the monkey, you will get a **special power**.

## **Game principles**

The principle of the game is simple. You control a karate master chopping down a pole.\
Every punch destroys a part of the wooden pole. You need to be careful to avoid the wooden sticks. If your character is hit by a stick, it's game over!\

There is also a timer for the gameplay, and each punch adds more time to it. Playing too slowly means you can run out of time.\
\

# Run!
In Run!, players have to guide their ghost around a maze, collecting pellets and avoiding the ghosts. The match ends when the time runs out or when a player is caught by a ghost.
Players can get **points** in Run! in the following ways:
1. Collecting pellets – 1 eaten pellet is equal to 1 score point
2. Big pellet – 10 points
3. Each 100 pellets in a row = 500 points; 200 pellets (x2) = 1000 points; 300 pellets (x3) = 1500 points, and so on
4. Killing enemies – The first killed enemy gives 200 points. Every other is 50 points extraplus. (Second = 250, third = 300, etc.)
5. Time bonus – 10 points for every second survived per survived second
**Multiplier** – if the player collects pellets in a row, they activate the multiplier. The multiplier affects a player's score from eating pellets. Every 10th pellet increases the multiplier. Once a row of pellets is interrupted, the multiplier is reset.
The maximum multiplier is 25x.
# Cool Cats Combinations
How to play Cool Cats Combinations in Arc8
#### **Game Principles**
The basic principle of the game is to **merge numbered tiles** with tiles of the same number, which gives points. The goal is get the highest score you can before the game ends.
#### **Scoring points**
If the player connects three tiles of the same number (where the hexagonal tiles are connected by at least one side), they are merged sequentially into a new tile with a higher number. For instance, merge three tiles numbered ‘*3*’ and they will become a single tile numbered ‘*4’*. Each merge grants you points!
The highest numbered tile is 7, which is marked with a picture of a Cool Cat’s head! Merge three number 7 tiles and they will explode and remove all the tiles around them!
You can also play a ***combo merge***, where placing a tile creates more than one merge and gives even more points!
#### **Power-Ups**
You can get a power-up by placing tiles on the board — the first one is gained after 9 tiles have been placed.
The next power-ups come every time you add another 3 tiles, which fills the bar. Keep in mind that placing a piece with 2 tiles will add *+2* to the bar, and placing a piece with just one tile will only count *+1* to the bar.
Let’s take a look at what power-ups are available:
* **The Hammer**: Destroy a tile of your choosing with the hammer. You can destroy one that’s already on the board, or even a tile that hasn’t been placed yet
* **The Rise-Up**: Increase by 1 the number of a tile that’s already on the board
* **The Joker:** Transforms your tile piece into a wildcard that can be used to match any number
#### **Game Endings**
The game can end in two possible ways:
* **Time’s up!** — The ideal ending! The time limit has been reached and the game automatically ends
* **Game over!** — Oops. There are no more possible moves or power-ups that can help you
# Qube 2048
How to play Qube 2048 in Arc8
## Game principles
The principle of the game is to shoot numbered cubes across the board, in order to merge 2 of the same number. Every 5 seconds, a new row of cubes is generated at the back and pushed down to the play area. Each time you merge cubes, points are added to your score. You can also multiply your score using boosters.
There is a red line ⅔ of the way down the board. If any cubes cross this line, it is game over.
## Game goal
* The goal of the game is to reach the highest score before the time runs out, and keep cubes away from the red line. You should try to reach 2048 because merging this cube gives the highest score bonus.
## Possible ends of the game
There are two possible ends of the game.
* **Game Over** – A cube crosses the red line
* **Time’s up** – The time limit runs out
## **Power Ups**
There are three types of power-ups:
* **Dynamite Cube** — This cube explodes on impact, giving points for every cube it destroys. The higher the number on the cube, the more points you will get!
* **The Fist** — Nothing can stop this cube. Fire it straight towards a heap of troublesome cubes and it will destroy everything in its path, while also adding to the points tally depending on the numbers written on the cubes.
* **The Rainbow Cube** — The friendliest of all the cubes, the Rainbow Cube will merge with whichever other cube it hits first, making it easier to reach that all-important 2048.
## Scoring system
* You get points every time cubes are merged. The base score is equal to the number of the new cube. For instance, if you merge 2 and 2, you get 4 points. This also applies if you use the rainbow cube. If you merge the rainbow cube with a number 2 cube, you will get 4 points.
* If you use the **Dynamite Cube** or **The Fist** cube, the score is equal to the sum of the numbers on the destroyed cubes. For instance, if you destroy cubes 4, 8 and 16, you will get 28 points.
* When you get a **new highest cube number** (starting at creating cube 32), you get a score of 10x the value of the new cube. So, if your new highest cube is 64, you get 640 points.
### **Score Boosters**
* If you merge cubes quickly enough, you can get a **time-limited score booster**, ranging from 1x to 5x. Each placed cube in the game fills the power-up progress bar.
* The first score booster (1x) is activated after you have merged **6 cubes in a row**. The second score booster is after merging 8 cubes in a row, and then 10 cubes in a row, and so on.
* If you activate a score booster (1x – 5x), **the score is multiplied by the booster**. For example, if you merge 2 and 2 – and you have a 3x score booster activated – you will get 12 points.
* When you get a 10x bonus for a **new highest cube number** (starting at creating cube 32), you can also apply a score booster. For instance, if you create cube 64 and get your 10x bonus, you would have 640 points. But if you have a 3x score booster active, you will not get 640 points for this, but 1920 points.
* If you use the **Dynamite Cube** or **The Fist** cube, you can also apply a score booster. For instance, if you destroy 4, 8 and 16, you will normally get 28 points. But if you have a 3x booster active, then you will get 84 points.
# 99 Blocks
Scoring System
Every placed shape = +5
Base tile = +20 points (when completing a 3x3 square)
Each time a 3x3 square is completed, the next spawned shape gets a +1x multiplier. If more are completed in a row, the multiplier grows, with the maximum being x5. The multiplier is accounted for the moment you complete a 3x3 square including the tiles with the multiplier.
Each consecutive completed 3x3 square also raises the base tile value by +10. Once the sequence of completing 3x3 square is broken, the tile value goes back to the base (+20).
When more than one 3x3 square is completed at once, the entire score awarded is multiplied by the number of such squares completed at the same time.
# Pixel Dungeon
Scoring System
The small bonus is worth +40 points, the big bonus (purple diamond) is worth +80 points.
The score multiplier is awarded to bonuses collected.
Score multiplier bar charges by collecting bonuses (+0.2 per bonus) and discharges for every 1 second passed from the last bonus pickup. The score multiplier works only in integers (so 1.9 acts as an x1 multiplier). When losing a life, the score multiplier is reset to x1.
Every time player dies, the score gets subtracted by -50 points and the multiplier resets.
Once the game is completed (golden tile at the end is reached), the player receives a time bonus of +30 points for each second remaining.
# Energy Wars
Energy Wars is a puzzle battle game for G-Bots
### Game Principles
The aim of the game is to defeat all three enemy AI G-Bots before time runs out.
The faster you do this, the better your score. To defeat enemies, you have to match together **at least three gems of the same color**. Each G-Bot (both the player and the enemy) is given a randomized **unique color** at the start of the game for the gems they use for their attacks. Putting together gems of this color gives the player points for his/her attack.
### Gameplay
The player gets **three turns** and then the enemy gets **one turn**. The enemy collects all the remaining gems and uses them in its attack, which causes damage to the player's G-Bot. There are **three enemies** to defeat.
### G-Bots' Stats
Your G-Bot's stats affect the game in different ways.
* **Health**: 3000 health is the default amount from the game, and players can get up to 2000 more health depending on their G-Bot's stats. Each point adds +20 to the base HP.
* **Offense**: The player can get up to 20% more attacking power, depending on the G-Bot's stats. Each point adds 0.4% to the attack power.
* **Defense**: The player can get 20% less damage depending on the G-Bot's stats. Each point blocks an extra 0.2% of the enemy attack.
* **Critical**: The player can get up to a 30% chance to deliver a critical attack. Each point adds a 0.3% chance of a critical attack (worth 2x).
* **Luck**: The player can get up to a 30% chance to block a hit. Each point adds a 0.3% chance of completely blocking the enemy attack.
### Game endings
The game can end in one of three different ways:
* **Great job** – All enemies were destroyed. In this case, the player gets a time bonus.
* **Game over** – The player's G-Bot was defeated as its health went down to 0.
* **Out of time** – The time limit ended before all enemy G-Bots were defeated.
### Power-ups
There are three power-ups available in Energy Wars:
* **The Laser** – This is generated by the game and can be activated by putting it together with at least two gems of the same color. Once activated, it destroys the whole line of gems (vertical or horizontal). After the player's turn, it always changes position from horizontal to vertical, or vice versa.
* **The Bomb** – This is generated by the game and can be activated by putting together gems beside the bomb. When the bomb is activated, it destroys all the gems around it (8 gems).
* **The Diamond** – This can be acquired by putting together five of the same color gems. When the diamond is activated, it destroys all gems with the same color. The color is determined by the color of the gem that was used to activate it.
### Scoring system
* For destroying a gem that is your opponent's color or any other color that is not yours, you get 10 points. This also counts if you use a power-up to destroy it.
* Putting together gems of your assigned G-Bot's color does not give points – it gives power for your attack.
* When your G-Bot attacks the enemy, you receive points equal to your attack power.
* Your attack power is 50 + 10 x energy count, plus a bonus based on your G-Bot's attack stat.
* If you defeat all three enemies before time runs out, you get a time bonus. This is calculated based on the percentage of your remaining time. For instance, if you have 25% of your time left, you will get a bonus of +25% of your current score.
# Globo Run
Scoring System
Bonus pickups (golden rings) are placed in a formation. Collecting the first bonus is worth +10 points, every other bonus collected in the formation is worth +10, etc…
For all the 5 meters of distance traveled, the player is awarded +5 points.
The score multiplier is awarded to both distance and bonuses collected.
The score multiplier is raised by collecting diamonds. If no diamond is collected for 10 seconds or a life is lost, the multiplier is reset to x1.
Once the player survives to the end of the game, each remaining life is worth +1,000 points.
# Dark Lords
Scoring System
The score is awarded for destroying enemies, collecting coins, surviving time in the game, and possibly also for the remaining HP bonus.
* Each second survived awards **+10 points**.
* Each coin collected is worth **+10 points**. Coins can be obtained by opening loot boxes or by destroying enemies by shooting (not by collision).
* Destroying enemies awards points based on the enemy type, awarded points range from **+10 to +50** points per destroyed enemy.
* If the player survives the entire gameplay length, the HP bonus is awarded. The **maximum** HP bonus is **+2,500 points** and is determined as a percentage of the remaining HP from the starting HP.
# Tube Runner
Scoring System
For every second player survives, +25 points are awarded (with exception of the recovery time after losing a life).
Base bonus awards +15 points per pickup.
The score multiplier only affects the points players gain from picking up bonuses. Each collected bonus adds toward the multiplier bar. The more bonuses you miss in sequence, the faster the bar discharges.
Every remaining life at the end of the game is worth +500 points.
# Solitaire Star
Scoring System
Each card moved to the deck is worth the base value of +10 points.
Each card moved to the deck in sequence adds +1 to the multiplier bar. The score multiplier bar goes up one multiplier point every 3 consecutive cards placed on the deck. Once the sequence is broken, the multiplier resets to x1.
The score multiplier only applies to the cards moved to the deck.
Each cleared column is worth +100 points. Once the game is completed, a +500 bonus is awarded.
Upon finishing the game, the remaining time contributes towards the time bonus. The % of time left is the % of the player’s score added to the base score at the end of the game.
# Samurai Hold'Em
Scoring System
Players get points for creating combinations of 5 cards from the cards on the table and in their hands (the four columns on the table).
Points are scored for the type of hand + the rank of the highest-scoring card.

# Asteroids!
Scoring System
The score is awarded for destroying asteroids. There are 3 different sizes with 3 different score values. Small asteroids are worth +25, medium asteroids are worth +100 and large asteroids are worth +250.
Destroying a cometh is worth +1,000 points. Destroying an enemy spaceship is worth +150 points per ship part (+600 for all 4 parts).
Every remaining life at the end of the game is worth +200 points.
# Pirate Solitaire
Scoring System
Each card uncovered is worth +20 points. There are 21 cards in total to uncover in each game (+420 points maximum).
When a card is moved to the base, the point value starts at +130 for Ace and gets lower with each next card (+120 for 2, +110 or 3, etc...). The maximum when completing the game is equal to +3,640 points maximum.
When the game is completed, a +500 points bonus is awarded. There is a chance to get +50 points for a hidden easter egg, a maximum of 2 times per game (+100 points maximum).
The time bonus is awarded at the end of the game and is computed as:
(uncovered cards/30 \* 2.4 + 0.3) \* time left
The maximum time bonus is +3,000 points.
The maximum overall score is then 7,660 points.
Redrawing the pile more than 3 times subtracts -20 points.
# Marble Dash
Scoring System

Completing 2 columns in a row result in Combo worth extra +300 points. Completing 3 columns in a row result in Super Combo worth extra +600 points.
Getting more than 21 points in a column results in losing one life.
When clearing all the cards from the deck, each extra life remaining is worth +300 points.
Upon clearing all the cards from the deck, the remaining time contributes towards the time bonus. The % of time left is the % of the player’s score added to the base score at the end of the game.

If you purchase a Premium Pass mid-way through a season, you will still be able to collect premium rewards from **all** the levels you have already reached in that Season.
### What rewards do I get for reaching the final level in the Season Progress path?
As a reward for making it to the final level, there are special bonus rewards. Premium Pass holders also get one additional bonus reward, which is the highest reward you can get in a given Season.
# Solving problems
### Arc8 does not work on my phone
We support versions of Android 7.1 or later and iPhone 14.2 or later to ensure the best possible experience. If possible, update your operating system.
We continue to push updates and fixes – make sure you have the latest Arc8 app version, as well.
### I lost connection to the game – what happens to my Streak?
If you are able to reconnect to the Internet, you can click **try again** and submit your score. However, if you cannot reconnect then you will have to exit the game. Your score will not be submitted and your [Streak](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/battles-and-streaks) will end. This is done in order to prevent cheating and promote fair play – people cannot turn off their Internet to start again when their score isn't perfect.
### I cannot withdraw my GMEE token
Use the withdraw button in the wallet section of Arc8 application. You can move your tokens from Arc8 Pay to your Arc8 Wallet or your own wallet. You need a minimum of **50 GMEE** and your wallet has to support the **Polygon Network.** The fee is 5 GMEE.\

### Do I need a wallet to play Arc8?
No. You can enjoy Arc8 without ever setting up a wallet. However, there are situations when you may decide you want to create a wallet:

Firstly, welcome on board! This FAQ page on wallets will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating your first blockchain wallet and pairing it with Arc8!
This will then allow you to withdraw what you've won, or get [GMEE](/whitepaper/gmee-token) that you can use to make purchases in the [webshop](https://www.arc8.com/marketplace) or buy a [GameFest](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/arc8-gamefest) Pass.\

If you are completely new, the process you will follow will look something like this:\
\ **Create a personal wallet** **on MetaMask** (Chrome/Firefox) -->**Connect your wallet to the Polygon network** --> **Pair your wallet with Arc8** --> **PLAY!**\

Don't worry if that sounds confusing at the moment. Everything you need to do is listed below in this guide, and these three steps are covered in the **Beginner's Guide** section. But first, let's start with a look at the different kinds of **wallets**.
### What are wallets and what are they used for?
Here are the types of wallets you will see referenced in the Arc8 app, here on the GAMEE Wiki, and elsewhere.
* **Personal Wallet**\
This is your personal digital wallet. You can store, trade and manage all your cryptocurrencies and NFTs here. There are many free blockchain wallets you can get, such as **MetaMask** and TrustWallet. When you create this wallet, you are given a personal key to access it that you should keep somewhere safe, and **never** reveal to anyone. You can safely connect your personal blockchain wallet to various other places and services as long as you never reveal this personal key to anybody. Think of it as the key to your safe.\
\
Blockchain operates on different networks (such as Polygon or Ethereum) and your personal wallet can handle all of it. You can easily bridge (ie. transfer) your cryptocurrency to another network in your wallet. \
\
For your reference, Arc8 uses two networks: the **Polygon** network, where Beast NFTs are kept, and **Ethereum**, where [GMEE](/whitepaper/gmee-token) is kept. \
\
If you want to create your own personal Blockchain Wallet, we recommend [MetaMask](https://metamask.io); the next part of this guide will help you specifically with connecting a MetaMask wallet. (There's more info on creating your own wallet later in this guide!)
* **Arc8 Pay**\
A downside of crypto wallets is they don't always transfer funds immediately. That's why we have **Arc8 Pay**. \
\
Tokens in Arc8 Pay are effectively 'virtual' and are a representation of the tokens that are yours to claim. If you win partner tokens in [Lucky Events](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/luck-mining-and-lucky-events), this is where your funds are stored. When you withdraw funds to your personal wallet, you receive *actual* tokens of that value.

## Beginner's Guide
**Now we understand wallets a little better, and why we need them, we're ready to set up our own wallet, pair it to Polygon and Arc8, and then play! Here are the three steps to take if you want to withdraw what you've earned in the app.**
### Step 1: I want to create my first personal blockchain wallet. What do I do?
There are a variety of free personal blockchain wallets on offer, but if you want to follow this guide to set everything up then we suggest getting a **MetaMask** wallet. \
\
However, it's entirely up to you as you can connect and pair many kinds of wallets thanks to Arc8's use of **WalletConnect** software. But for the sake of simplicity, here's a guide on creating one kind of wallet.
* Visit [MetaMask.io](https://metamask.io) on Chrome or Firefox and follow the steps there to create your wallet. You will be given a key at some point that you should write down somewhere private, ideally in more than one place, and ideally offline or at least encrypted. Don't lose it, and never share this key with anybody for any reason at all.
* When you have set up your wallet, install the MetaMask **extension** for your browser. Now you're ready to connect with the Polygon network!
### Step 2: How do I connect my personal MetaMask wallet with the Polygon network?
If you've successfully set up your personal wallet on MetaMask, then well done, you're almost finished.\
\
The final step before pairing your wallet to Arc8 Pay is to pair your wallet with the Polygon network. Don't worry – it's an easy process. Here's what you have to do:
* If you don't already have the MetaMask **extension** for your browser (Firefox or Google Chrome), get that first on the [MetaMask website](https://metamask.io).
* In the MetaMask extension, click on the tab that says **Main Ethereum Network.**
* Scroll down and click **Add Network.**
* Enter the following details:
* **Network name:** Polygon Mainnet
* **RPC URL:** [https://polygon-rpc.com](https://polygon-rpc.com/)
* **Chain ID:** 137
* **Currency**: MATIC
* **Explorer**:
* Click **Save** and you're done! Now you're ready to pair it with Arc8 Pay!
* *Note that transactions on the Polygon network require MATIC, which will be used as a "gas fee". You won't need a lot, and you can buy it on* [*Binance*](http://bit.ly/sb-binance) *and get discounts on trading fees.*
### Step 3: How do I pair my personal wallet with Arc8?
* Go to [arc8.com](https://www.arc8.com/) and log in to your Arc8 account.
* Where it says 'Connected wallet', click **pair**. Or, use the WalletConnect option and connect and pair your personal wallet. Note it is **important** to make sure you **pair** the wallet (not only *connect*) in order to receive partner tokens or NFTs earned in [Lucky Events ](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/luck-mining-and-lucky-events)or [GameFest](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/arc8-gamefest), as otherwise we cannot see your wallet address to send them.
* If you are not using WalletConnect, you will be asked to provide the address of your connected wallet. If you are using a browser extension (such as the *Metamask* extension on Firefox), a notification window will pop up asking you to digitally sign it to give permission to pair it. (Note that this may open in a small window in the background or another tab.)
* When you have given permission, your wallet will be paired and you will be able to transfer funds from Arc8 Pay to your wallet!
### How do I buy GMEE?
You can buy GMEE on **Ethereum** using a number of exchanges.

### How do I withdraw tokens from Arc8 Pay to my wallet?
Navigate to the the wallet section of the Arc8 application, and click **withdraw.** This button has a small arrow icon. You will be asked to give your wallet address and can then withdraw it. However, there are **three** important things to remember:
1. Make sure you have connected and paired your **personal wallet** on Arc8.com.
2. Make sure that your personal wallet supports the **Polygon** network. Partner tokens that you may get in Arc8 are on the Polygon network (You may want to first follow the guide above on '*How do I pair my wallet with the Polygon network?*') If you send tokens from Arc8 Pay to a wallet that does not support Polygon, it may be lost forever.
3. There is a **24-hour** processing time. You can check the status of your withdrawal in the wallet section of the Arc8 app, where a timer displays how long is left of the 24-hour wait time.
### How can I see/withdraw tokens that I have in my Arc8 Pay?
As Arc8 is sometimes host to [*Token Takeovers*](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/token-takeovers-and-partner-events) and other partner events where you can win tokens in tournaments or [Lucky Events](/gameplay/gamee-arc8-faqs/luck-mining-and-lucky-events), you may have a variety of tokens (REVV, QUICK, MATIC, etc.) in your Arc8 Pay wallet. \

**To see your token balance:**
* Go to the **wallet** section of the Arc8 app.
* Tap the number that indicates your **Arc8 Pay balance**.
* You will now have the option to see what token balances you have in the Arc8 Pay wallet and to then withdraw them to your paired wallet.

* Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the app, then go down to **Settings**. Click the **Verify** button to receive a verification email, which contains a link you need to click
### How do I change my profile picture?
1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the app
2. Click the small pen image on your current profile picture
3. Upload a new image that you want to use as your profile picture
### How do I change my email address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address.
### **How do I change my password?**
* Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the app
* Scroll down to the **Settings** button and click it
* Next to your username, click **Edit**
* Click **Change Password**
* Enter your current password and the new password you want to use
### How do I delete my account?
* Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the app
* Scroll down to the **Settings** button and click it
* Scroll down to the bottom and click **Delete account**
* Type the word **DELETE** in the text box.
* Note that this is **permanent** – it will not be possible to reactivate your account in future.\

### How do I earn Tickets in Prizes?
You can earn Tickets by:
* Completing Missions
* Inviting Friends
* Spinning the Fortune Wheel
* Playing Lucky Games
* Participating in the Daily Lotto
* Leveling Up
* Ranking in the Daily Ticket Leaderboard
### **What are Tickets used for?**
If you have the **minimum number of Tickets**, you can enter them into the **Weekly Draw** on Sundays. The more Tickets you have, the more chances you have to win [cash prizes](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/money)!
You must enter at least the minimum to take part in the Weekly Draw, but you can continue to enter as many Tickets as you want before the draw takes place.
Tickets are also used to enter Lucky Games, get extra spins on the Fortune Wheel, and extra chances in the Lotto. All of these reward real cash prizes.
The more Tickets you earn in a day, the higher you'll rank on the [Daily Leaderboard ](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/money#daily-leaderboard-prizes)(with a pool of $135/day), where you can win up to $5.
### **Do I have to enter my Tickets into the Weekly Draw?**
No. If you prefer, you can save up your Tickets and enter more of them into a future Weekly Draw. Your Tickets will not disappear!
### **Why did my Tickets go back to zero?**
When you enter Tickets into the Weekly Draw, they are used up.
### **Can I exchange tickets for cash?**
No. Tickets are only used for our Weekly Draw, Lucky Games, Lotto and the Fortune Wheel. They also count towards the Daily Leaderboard. To find out how to win cash with Tickets or directly, check out the [Earning Money](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/money) page of the Wiki.
### What is Leveling up?
Leveling up is when your **Ticket multiplier** increases. When you play games, the number of **Tickets** you win is affected by this multiplier. A higher multiplier means you earn more Tickets. You can get Ticket Multipliers in the [Fortune Wheel](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/money).
### Do multipliers affect Lucky Games, Team rewards, Lotto, etc?
No. Multipliers are only effective in **games**.

## FORTUNE WHEEL
### What is the Fortune Wheel?
The Fortune Wheel is a wheel that you can spin to get rewards. These can be:
* Cash prizes
* Tickets
* Ticket Boosters
You get more free spins every consecutive day that you return to spin it in a 7-day period. If you spin it for 7 days in a row, you will unlock the [Wheel of Cash](#wheel-of-cash).
### Why can't I spin the Fortune Wheel?
You get a limited number of free spins, and then you can get more spins by watching ads. When you've watched all the available ads – or there are no more spins to unlock – you have to wait a while before you can spin the Fortune Wheel again.
When the **Spin Now** button changes from gray to yellow, you can spin again.
## LUCKY GAMES
### **How do Lucky Games work?**
Lucky Games reward players with cash prizes for having the winning Lucky Numbers.
Click **Get a Lucky Number** and you will automatically be given a number when the ad finishes.
You can get several numbers to increase your chances of having the winning number. When the timer ends, one lucky number is randomly drawn. If it is your number, your cash prize will be sent to your Prizes balance! (Only available on Android).
The more Tickets you have, the higher the chance that you will have a winning number.
## LOTTO
### **How do I join the Daily Jackpot Lotto?**
You can join the Jackpot Lotto from the Lotto tab at the bottom of the main screen. Choose your combination of numbers and check how many matches you get once the lotto ends.
You can have more than one combination of numbers to increase your chances. The more matching numbers, the higher the cash prize you win!
The person with the winning Ticket gets the cash prize, and other entrants receive Tickets.
## WEEKLY DRAW
### **How do I enter the Weekly Draw?**
The Weekly Draw is held every Sunday. As long as you have the minimum number of Tickets, you can manually enter your Tickets and will be eligible for cash prizes. The more tickets you have, the greater your chance of winning!
### Do I have to enter the Weekly Draw?
No. If you want, you can save up your Tickets and enter a future Weekly Draw. Your Tickets will not disappear!
### **Why didn't I win the Weekly Draw?**
The draw is completely random and a few winning tickets are chosen. Although there are always winners, not all entrants can win. Having the most Tickets does not guarantee that you will win – but it greatly increases your chances.
## WHEEL OF CASH
### What is the Wheel of Cash?
The Wheel of Cash is a **bonus wheel** that will appear **10 times** after you have spun the Fortune Wheel for **7 days in a row.** All the rewards on offer in the Wheel of Cash are cash prizes!
## Top Offers
### What are the Top Offers?
Top Offers are a way to earn [Tickets](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/tickets) in the Prizes app by completing offers in other games, such as reaching a certain milestone in the game, or playing for a certain amount of time. You can check your progress in Top Offers missions by clicking the **In Progress** tab.
### How do I find the Top Offers?
At the bottom of the Prizes screen, click **Top Offers**. Alternatively, find the button on the main page that says **Check Offers.**
### I have a problem in a game from the Top Offers
Unfortunately, we can't help you with that as we do not choose the games ourselves. If you think there's a bug in another game, check out that gaming studio's website or contact their customer support.
### I haven't received my reward for completing a Top Offers challenge
The creator of the app is responsible for granting rewards for completed offers. This usually takes around 15 minutes to complete. If it has been more than 15 minutes, check the **In Progress** tab to see if the offer is completed. Also, check that you followed these guidelines that appeared before you chose an offer:
* Offers must be started and completed on the same device and in the same browser page where the offer link opens
* Offers must be completed within a set amount of time. This is 60 days by default, but it can be less when stated on the offer's instruction page
* You must be connected to the Internet at all times while completing the offer
* You may not be rewarded for offers completed while "Ad personalization" is disabled in your device settings
If the offer is **not** marked as *completed* after this, then you have to contact the [ironSource customer support](https://www.is.com/contact/).\

If it **is** marked as *completed* and you followed all these requirements but still haven't received your reward, contact [our customer support](https://wiki.gamee.com/community/support).
A tip for next time: after downloading and opening the app you need to complete the offer, reopen the Top Offers and check that the offer is marked as 'Installed' in the **In Progress** tab.
# Withdrawing Money

### How much money can I withdraw?
There is no upper limit! As long as you have the minimum withdrawal amount in your account, you can withdraw it all.
### Can I withdraw just part of my balance?
No. You cannot adjust the amount that you can withdraw – you will always withdraw your entire balance at once.
### What are the requirements to withdraw?
As well as the minimum amount or more in either your Prizes account, you will need to:
* Provide your full name, including surname (no nicknames or initials)
* Use the Latin alphabet when filling in your details (no Cyrillic, Mandarin characters etc.)
* Use an accurate email address (it can be different to the one you signed up with)
* Have a [PayPal](https://www.paypal.com/ca/for-you/account/create-account) account (it's free!). Note that you can only link one PayPal account and it cannot be changed
* Change your profile photo to be a real picture of yourself
### How do I withdraw my balance?
Easy! Just make sure you’ve got a PayPal account and then follow these steps:
1. Connect your PayPal account.
2. In the **Prizes** app, click **withdraw**
3. Enter your **real** first and last name (remember to use the Latin alphabet if you are from a country with a different alphabet) and make sure your profile photo is of **you** and not an avatar\

4. Enter your real **address, date of birth** and **place of birth**\
\
5. Provide us with your **PayPal** email address and the country where you pay tax\
\
6. Read the text and confirm that everything is **correct,** then click **submit**\
\
7. Wait 5-10 working days and the money will be **deposited** in your PayPal account\
\

### What should I do if my money hasn't arrived yet?
It can take up to 10 working days for the money to arrive in your PayPal account. If, for some reason, it hasn't come, check that you followed all the steps in this guide and met the [requirements](#what-are-the-requirements-to-withdraw). Return to the **Withdraw Money** section of the app to see if there has been any issue with processing your withdrawal. \

If you follow the steps in this guide, there should be no issues when you try again!

### **How can I add friends to my team in Prizes?**
Go to your profile and click **Invite**, then click **Share invite link**. You can copy the invite link, or share it directly on WhatsApp, Discord, social media etc. Your friends have to [register](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/profile-and-verification) a **new** account via your referral link.
You will be able to see them and get your rewards after:
* they have reached **Level 8**
* they have **verified** their email address
### How much money and how many Tickets will I earn for referring a friend?
You can find out how much money and how many Tickets you will get by going to your profile. To get there, simply click your **profile picture** in the top right corner of the Prizes app. The **Invite** section will show you your rewards.
### **Why is my referral link blocked?**
If it doesn't work then simply try sending it via a different channel (eg. via a different social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
### **Who is Idle Ticket Miner?**
Idle Ticket Miner is your first friend in Prizes! He’ll gift you tickets every day.
# Shop
The Prizes shop
The [Prizes](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq) Shop is an in-app store where you can make certain purchases to boost your experience and enjoyment of Prizes.
### Where can I find the shop?
You can reach it through the shop icon in the tab bar.
### What can I buy in the shop?
There are currently three things available for purchase:
* Gems
* Lives
* Remove Ads: this removes adverts:
* played between games
* played to enter Lucky Games
* used to double or multiply Tickets
You can choose to do it for different periods of time – just 1 day, several days, or forever. Note that ads are not removed to get extra lives in games or to get power ups.
### What are gems used for?
Gems are a special currency that can be spent on a number of different things in Prizes:
* Refreshing daily missions
* Buying extra lives in some games
### How is the payment processed?
The payment is processed by the native purchasing infrastructure of Google (Android) or Apple (iOS).
### Can I make purchases as a guest player?
Yes. However, you could lose your purchase if the app crashes or you log out. Therefore, we recommend registering your account before buying something.
If you have already bought something as a guest player, you can still register to guarantee you won't lose your purchase.
### Can I use money from my Prizes balance to buy items in the shop?
No. This money is only for cash rewards and can only be [paid to your PayPal account](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/withdrawing-money).

### **Why didn't I win the contest?**
Our draw is completely random and not everybody can win. There are only a few winning tickets — the more tickets you have, the bigger the chance that you have the winning ticket! But it does not mean that the user with the most tickets wins the contest.
### **How can I delete my account?**
You can delete your account in the app.
* Click on the profile icon in the top right corner
* Scroll down and click on Settings.
* Scroll down again and click on **Delete account.**
Note that this is permanent; we cannot restore the account later.
### **Why is my payment request canceled?**
The most likely reason is that you have created **fake accounts** and the system has automatically **banned** you. If you think this is an error, contact us with your username. If it is not an error and you *have* created fake accounts or cheated, then you are now permanently banned and cannot withdraw the money, as it is in breach of our fair use policy.
If you are certain that you have not created fake accounts or otherwise cheated, there may be an issue with your PayPal account or the details you provided when withdrawing (such as your name). ### Why can't I play Prizes using my Facebook login?
We're sorry, but we no longer support Prizes logins through Facebook accounts. (You can, however, use it with our other app, [Tropical Crush](/gameplay/cash-apps)) \

If you previously connected to Prizes with Facebook, you can still keep your account and keep on playing using a different login method.
### I used to log in to Prizes with Facebook. How do I keep on playing on the same account?
You need to log in through a different method. There are a number of ways you can do this. \
If you are **still logged in with Facebook** on Prizes, then you have several options to continue:
* Continue with Google
* Continue with email
* Continue with Apple (iOS only)
Simply click the option you prefer, enter your email address and create a password.
If you are **not logged in with Facebook** then here's what you can do:
* If you **provided us with permission** to see your email address, you can click '**More Options'** on the login screen and then '**Facebook Recover**'. Enter the email address that you use for Facebook, and we will send you an email to reset your Prizes password. This will not affect your Facebook login; you can set the password to anything you want.
* If you **did not provide us with permission** to see your email address, then we need to manually verify that the Facebook account is yours. On the login screen, click **'More Options'** and then **'Facebook recover'**. There will be an option to contact us to recover the password. Please **send us an email** and we will tell you what to do. In your email, please include:
* Your Prizes username
* Approximately how much money you currently have in your Prizes account
* Your Facebook user ID for the Prizes app – if you're not sure how to find this ID number, click here: \
### Why can I not withdraw my money?
You need to have the minimum withdrawal amount in your balance to withdraw your money. You can see what this amount is in the Withdrawal section of the app.
### **Why is my payment request canceled?**

Check the status of the withdrawal in the app. If it is **pending**, then wait – it will soon arrive! If it is cancelled, it is likely that you made an error when giving your details. Other checks you can do if you haven't received your money yet:
* Check that you used **correct information** when filling in your withdrawal request
* Please check if you have used your PayPal account in the past. If not, you may need to **activate your account** to accept payments.
* Ensure that your PayPal account is set up to **accept commercial payments**. Sometimes, payments are not processed if the account is not configured properly.
* Verify if there are any specific **regulations or restrictions** in place that could prevent the completion of the payment. This may occur in certain countries or with specific types of transactions.
### Can I use a different payment service instead of PayPal?
We understand that in a small minority of countries, our current withdrawal method, PayPal, may not be available. However, for the moment, it is **the only way** you can claim your money.
Keep in mind that if you play and remain an active player, your money will not expire in your in-app account. If we eventually add a new payment method that is available in your country, you will then be able to withdraw.

* **The reward I won is different to the reward the wheel said I would get.**\
Our team is actively working on resolving this issue, which is a bug that shows the wrong reward on screen and not the one you actually won.
* **Prizes doesn't work on my Android phone.**\
You may be using an outdated version of Android – our app supports Android 7.1 and up.
* **I am having technical difficulties that are not mentioned here.**\
Your problem could be a device-specific issue. ## Where can I play Treasure Solitaire?
You can embark on your treasure-hunting journey with Treasure Solitaire on your mobile device. It is available for Android and iOS.
## How do I play Treasure Solitaire?
If you're new to Solitaire or need a quick refresher, here's how to play Treasure Solitaire:
**Objective**: The goal is to move all cards to the foundation piles, sorting them by suit and in ascending order from Ace to King.
**Deal**: Cards are dealt face-down into seven columns. The first column has one card, the second column has two cards, and so on, until the seventh column, which has seven cards. The top card in each column is face-up. (There are always only 7 cards facing up BUT if you watch a video before the gameplay, you get an extra 10 cards face up.)
**Moving Cards**: You can move cards from one column to another in the following ways:
* Place a card on top of a card of the opposite color and one rank higher.\
Example: You can place a red 7 on a black 8.
* You can move sequences of cards as long as they are in descending order and alternating colors.
**Foundation Piles**: You can move Aces to the foundation piles. Once an Ace is in a foundation pile, you can build on it by adding cards of the same suit in ascending order (2, 3, 4, etc., up to King).\
\
**Power-Ups**: Treasure Solitaire offers three helpful power-ups:
* Hint: Get a hint about the next move.
* Undo: Take back your last move.
* Shuffle: Shuffle the cards in the tableau to reveal new possibilities.
**Winning**: In every level you’ll have to beat a particular score. You’ll be getting points every time you put a card in the foundation piles. You’ll also receive a bonus for the time remaining on your counter.
**Difficulty**: You will encounter three difficulty settings: easy, medium, and hard.
* Easy: you draw one card each time you tap the deck
* Medium: you draw two cards
* Hard: you draw three cards
**Get a head start**: There are always only 7 cards facing up BUT if you watch a video before the gameplay, you get an extra 10 cards face up.
**Limited Time**: You’ll have 5 minutes to complete each level.

You can earn Tickets by:

### **What are Tickets used for?**
If you have the **minimum number of Tickets**, you can manually enter them into the **Weekly Draw**, which happens every Sunday. The more Tickets you have, the more chances you have to win the [cash prizes](/gameplay/gamee-prizes-faq/money).
You have to enter the minimum allowed number to take part (which you can see in the app), but you can continue to enter Tickets as often as you like before the Weekly Draw takes place, in order to boost your chances of winning.
Tickets are also used to enter Lucky Games, get extra spins on the Fortune Wheel, and extra chances in the Lotto. All of these reward real cash prizes.
### **Do I have to enter my Tickets into the Weekly Draw?**
No. If you prefer, you can save up your Tickets and enter more of them into a future Weekly Draw. Your Tickets will not disappear!
### **Why did my Tickets go back to zero?**
When Tickets are entered into the Weekly Draw, they are used up.
### **Can I exchange tickets for cash?**

Lives in Tropical Crush and Treasure Solitaire
## What are Lives for?
Lives give you attempts to play the game. When you have no Lives left, you cannot play.
## What happens when you lose lives?
Lives are subtracted from your balance every time you fail or quit the mission. If you lose a Life, the refresh countdown begins – after the specified period, you regain the Life. Lives are refreshed until the max. number of lives are reached.
## How do I get more Lives?
There are 3 ways you can get more Lives to continue playing:
* Wait until a Life refreshes

* Buy Lives in the shop
## Can I buy Lives in the shop when I still have Lives remaining?

The Fortune Wheel is a wheel that you can spin to get rewards. These can be:
* Cash prizes
* Tickets
* Ticket Boosters
You get more free spins every consecutive day that you return to spin it in a 7-day period. If you spin it for 7 days in a row, you will unlock the [Wheel of Cash](#wheel-of-cash).
### Why can't I spin the Fortune Wheel?
You get a limited number of free spins, and then you can get more spins by watching ads. When you've watched all the available ads – or there are no more spins to unlock – you have to wait a while before you can spin the Fortune Wheel again.
When the **Spin Now** button changes from gray to yellow, you can spin again.
## LUCKY GAMES
### **How do Lucky Games work?**
Lucky Games reward players with cash prizes for having the winning Lucky Numbers.
Click **Get a Lucky Number** and you will automatically be given a number when the ad finishes.

### Can I withdraw just part of my balance?

### What are the requirements to withdraw?
As well as at least the minimum withdrawal amount (visible in the app) in your in-app account, you will need to:
* Provide your full name, including surname (no nicknames or initials)
* Use the Latin alphabet when filling in your details (no Cyrillic, Mandarin characters etc.)
* Use an accurate email address (it can be different to the one you signed up with)
* Have a [PayPal](https://www.paypal.com/ca/for-you/account/create-account) account (it's free!) Note that you can only link one PayPal account and it cannot be changed
* Change your profile photo to be a real picture of yourself
### How do I withdraw my balance?
Easy! Just make sure you’ve got a PayPal account and then follow these steps:
1. In the **app**, click **withdraw**
2. Enter your **real** first and last name (remember to use the Latin alphabet if you are from a country with a different alphabet) and make sure your profile photo is of **you** and not an avatar\

4. Provide us with your **PayPal** email address and the country where you pay tax\

### What should I do if my money hasn't arrived yet?
It can take up to 10 working days for the money to arrive in your PayPal account. Return to the **Withdraw Money** section of the app to see if there has been any issue with processing your withdrawal. \

# Friend Referrals

### **How can I add friends to my team?**
Go to your profile and click **Invite**, then click **Share invite link**. You can copy the invite link, or share it directly on WhatsApp, Discord, social media etc. Your friends have to [register](/gameplay/cash-apps/profile-and-verification) a **new** account via your referral link.
You will be able to see them and get your rewards after:
* they have reached **Level 19** in the app
* they have **verified** their email address
### How much money and how many Tickets will I earn for referring a friend?
You can find out how much money and how many Tickets you will get by going to your profile. To get there, simply click your profile picture in the top right corner of the app. The **Invite** section will show you your rewards.
Also, when your friend has reached level 19 and verified their email address, you will earn **10%** of all the Tickets they make forever. (Of course, they will still get to keep 100% of their Tickets!)
### **Why is my referral link blocked?**
If it doesn't work then simply try sending it via a different channel (eg. via a different social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
### **Who is Idle Ticket Miner?**
Idle Ticket Miner is your first friend in the app! He’ll gift you tickets every day. Invite more friends to your team and you will earn 10% of their tickets, too.

The Shop is an in-app store where you can make certain purchases to boost your experience and enjoyment of the application.

### What can I buy in the shop?
There are currently two things available for purchase in the shop:
* Gems
* Remove Ads – this removes adverts:
* played between games
* played to enter Lucky Games
* used to double or multiply Tickets
You can choose to remove ads for different periods of time – just 1 day, several days, or forever. Note that ads are not removed to get power ups.
### What are gems used for?
Gems are a special currency that can be spent on a number of different things in the app:
* Purchase more power-ups (such as Juice Rockets in [Tropical Crush](/gameplay/cash-apps/how-to-play-tropical-crush)) at the beginning of the game
* Purchase powerups during gameplay, which have special abilities to help you reach the level goal
### How is the payment processed?
The payment is processed by the native purchasing infrastructure of Google (Android) or Apple (iOS).
### Can I make purchases as a guest player?
Yes. However, you could lose your purchase if the app crashes or you log out. Therefore, we recommend registering your account before buying something.
If you have already bought something as a guest player, you can still register afterwards to guarantee you won't lose your purchase.
### Can I use money from my balance to buy items in the shop?

### **Why didn't I win the contest?**
Our draw is completely random; not everybody can win, although the more tickets you have, the bigger the chance that you have the winning ticket! But this does not mean that the player with the most tickets will definitely win the contest.
### How does the Daily Leaderboard work? / How many Tickets do I need for the Daily Leaderboard?
The Daily Leaderboard operates on a **24-hour cycle**. During this period, you compete against other players to accumulate [Ticket](/gameplay/cash-apps/tickets)[s](/gameplay/cash-apps/tickets), which determines your overall score and ranking in the leaderboard.
To keep track of the leaderboard's progress, you can find a countdown timer located in the top left corner. This timer indicates the time remaining until the current leaderboard period ends.
Once the Daily Leaderboard ends, a cooldown period of **30 minutes** is implemented before players can claim their rewards. During this interval, Tickets you earn are not actively counted. This condition is in place to ensure that players have the opportunity to claim their previous rewards before participating in the next Daily Leaderboard. The waiting time may vary if a player chooses to claim their rewards at a later point.
### **How can I delete my account?**
You can delete your account in the app:
* Click on the profile icon in the top right corner
* Scroll down and click on Settings.
* Scroll down again and click on **Delete account.**
Note that this is **permanent**; we cannot restore the account later.
### Why can I not withdraw my money?
You need the **minimum withdrawal amount** in your balance to withdraw your money. You can see this number in the Withdrawal section of the app.
### **Why was my payment request canceled?**
The most likely reason is that you have created **fake accounts** and the system has automatically **banned** you. If you think this is an error, contact us with your username. If it is not an error and you *have* created fake accounts or cheated, then you are now permanently banned and cannot withdraw the money, as it is in breach of our fair use policy.
If you are certain that you have not created fake accounts or otherwise cheated, there may be an issue with your PayPal account or the details you provided when withdrawing (such as your name). In that case, please read the [Withdrawing Money](/gameplay/cash-apps/withdrawing-money) FAQ to check the requirements.
### **Why hasn't my money arrived in my PayPal account?**
It can take up to **ten working days** for the money to arrive. With weekends, this can mean up to **two weeks**.
Check the status of the withdrawal in the app. If it is **pending**, then wait – it will soon arrive! If it is cancelled, it is likely that you made an error when giving your details. Please **carefully** read the guide on [how to withdraw your money](/gameplay/cash-apps/withdrawing-money) and try again.
Other checks you can do if you haven't received your money yet:
* Check that you used **correct information** when filling in your withdrawal request
* Please check if you have used your PayPal account in the past. If not, you may need to **activate your account** to accept payments.
* Ensure that your PayPal account is set up to **accept commercial payments**. Sometimes, payments are not processed if the account is not configured properly.
* Verify if there are any specific **regulations or restrictions** in place that could prevent the completion of the payment. This may occur in certain countries or with specific types of transactions.
### Can I use a different payment service instead of PayPal?
We understand that in a small minority of countries, our current withdrawal method, PayPal, may not be available. However, for the moment, it is **the only way** you can claim your money.
Keep in mind that if you play and remain an active player, your money will not expire in your in-app account. If we eventually add a new payment method that is available in your country, you will then be able to withdraw.
### Can I play this app to earn a living?

Lives are used to play games. When you fail a mission, you lose 1 life. You gain one life back every 15 minutes until you reach the maximum number of lives.

### Why has my Fortune Wheel reset to Day 1?
It is likely that you have accidentally skipped a day and did not spin the Fortune Wheel. In order to unlock the [Wheel of Cash](/gameplay/cash-apps/earning-money), you must spin the Fortune Wheel **7 days in a row**. If a day is missed, your Daily Streak will start again on Day 1.
### Can I play this app on the web?
No. You can only play this app on a mobile device running either Android or iOS.
### Can I log in with Facebook?
Yes. You can use Facebook, an email address, or Google to log in.
### Why can I not see a certain feature in the app / Where has this feature gone?
In order to increase the accessibility of our app and to make it easier for new players to learn about all that the app has to offer, we chose to test gradually introducing features on iOS. Therefore, these features will unlock once you achieve a certain level of progress:

## Bugs 🐞

* **I am stuck on Day 1 of the Fortune Wheel.**\
This error effects a small minority of players and is being fixed by our team.
* **I get a timeout error when loading a game.**\
Try restarting your phone. If that does not work, try reinstalling the app.
* **The reward I won is different to the reward the wheel said I would get.**\
Our team is actively working on resolving this issue, which is a bug that shows the wrong reward on screen and not the one you actually won.
* **The app doesn't work on my Android phone.**\
You may be using an outdated version of Android – our app supports Android 7.1 and up.
* **I am having technical difficulties that are not mentioned here.**\
Your problem could be a device-specific issue. You will be rewarded each day for a maximum of **10** friends.
### How can I make changes to my profile?
You can edit your profile in the Gamee bot menu.
1. Open the menu and click on your **profile icon** in the top right corner.
2. You will see your profile image (if you have one), your name, and your Gamee Bot Username starting with *@*. Click **Edit** in the top-right of the screen and you will be able to change your name or your profile image.
### Why didn’t my score get saved?
There are two reasons why this may happen:
* If the connection is lost while playing, the score will not be counted.
* If you play Telegram for more than an hour, the score sometimes fails to save, which is an issue caused by Telegram. We recommend downloading the Prizes app to avoid this happening.
### Can I reset my score?
No, you cannot reset scores in your group, as this is not something we can do in Telegram. Telegram has its own rules and conditions. You would have to start a new chat group to reset your score – every chat group has its own leaderboard.
### I have been banned – when will I be able to play again?
If our system or administrators detect cheating and you are banned, then the ban is permanent.
If you believe the ban was an error, then please contact a moderator in the [GAMEE Chat on Telegram](https://t.me/gameetalk) or open a ticket in the #Support page on the [GAMEE Discord](https://discord.gg/gamee). Opening a ticket on Discord guarantees that your support request will be seen and is the better option.
:warning: Note that all our Telegram moderators have a "*Moderator*" tag by their name, and that they will **never** DM you first. Be cautious of scammers impersonating mods.
### How can I turn off notifications?
First, click on the GAMEE bot profile. And then:
* **Android**: Slide to *notifications off*
* **iOS**: Click on the *mute* button
### How can I delete the bot?
First, click on the GAMEE bot profile. And then:
* **Android**: Click the 3 dots in the top-right corner and select *Stop bot*.
* **iOS**: Click on the *Stop* button
### Can I remove the widget?
Yes. To remove the widget, you first need to remove the GAMEE bot from Telegram. When you have done so, clear the cache for Telegram in your app settings – or wait until Telegram caches the changes.
### Can I play without adding the GAMEE bot to my group?
Yes. Type @gamee and the name of the game (or choose the game from the pop-up window), and then you can play that game with your friends.
### Why is the game menu still in the group after I deleted the bot?
This menu will eventually disappear. These are Telegram settings that we cannot change. Clearing your data or reinstalling Telegram may help.
