What is GMEE?

GAMEE token (GMEE) is an ERC-20 fungible utility token launched on the Ethereum blockchain with supply Polygon* and Binance Smart Chain. Simply put, it is a gaming currency on the blockchain. *[Update: Feb 14] Note that GMEE will leave Polygon in the near future and be Ethereum-based.

What is the utility of the token?

The GAMEE Token is designed to be the means of access to fun gaming experiences and the purchase of NFTs. GMEE enables fun experiences and gaming events for a massive community of players, with one currency at the core.

What are the tokenomics?

The purpose of the GAMEE token is to serve as a medium of action and reward that connects multiple game titles on the GAMEE platform. The total supply of GAMEE Tokens is 3,180,000,000 tokens, which are gradually released as the utilities of the token increase (with increased usage inside our gaming platform).

GAMEE on Polygon versus GAMEE on Ethereum. What is the difference?

GAMEE used Polygon as Layer 2 scaling solution, to avoid high gas fees incurred on Ethereum. After a security incident on the Polygon network, GMEE is in the process of migrating holders to the Ethereum chain.

How was GMEE launched?

GMEE was listed on Uniswap on April 8th 2021.

What type of games are on offer?

GAMEE is focused on casual-style games, mobile-screen first. These games are typically easy to learn and quite challenging to master. We have around 80 games in this genre live already. You can see the list of games currently available here.

What are the ways that GAMEE generates profits/revenue to maintain the project?

GAMEE token is used to pay for items and features in Arc8. Partners of GAMEE use GMEE tokens to run partnerships with Arc8.
